Returns and Refunds Policy:

You have the right to cancel an order within 30 days without giving a reason.

The period for canceling an order is 30 days from the date of receipt of the product or from the moment in which a named third party, which is not a courier, takes possession of the supplied product.

In order to exercise this right to cancel, you must inform us of the decision in a clear statement.

We will issue the refund within 30 days of receiving the returned products. We will use the same payment method you used for the order and no refund fees will be charged.

In order for the products to be eligible for return, please ensure that:

The products have been purchased no more than 30 days ago The products are in the original packaging

The following products cannot be returned:

Products supplied to specification or customization indicated.Products supplied which by nature are non-returnable, for example products which perish rapidly or expired.Products supplied which are not returnable for hygienic or sanitary reasons, which have been opened after delivery.Products supplied which, after delivery , by nature, are inseparable from others.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of products that do not meet the return conditions above at our sole discretion.

We cannot be held responsible for returned products that are lost or damaged in transit. Therefore, we suggest using a tracked and insured shipping service. We are unable to provide a refund without having received the products or proof of shipment of the products.

Gifts:

If the products were marked as a gift when purchased and shipped direct to you, you will receive a gift card worth the return. Upon receipt of the returned product, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

If the products have not been marked as a gift at the time of purchase or the gift buyer has received these products directly, we will send a refund directly to the gift buyer.
